Delivery Options

UK deliveries only 

For each order you will get a drop down box with the options applicable to the items and order size.

All goods are shipped within two working days and where possible next working day.

1st/2nd class Large letter - we have items such as Bandanas  and note books  that can go large letter,  we can get 4 pieces per large letter. £2.90/£2.50

Standard - £0 to £40  - £5.95 - Carriers - Royal mail 2nd class, carriers such as DPD and My Hermes on a standard economy delivery.  Average delivery 5 days from receipt of order (not including Sundays).   NEED IT QUICKER  -   For smaller items we can upgrade you at no charge to first class, normally we do this a a matter or course, however please drop an email and we can see what we can do to meet your delivery requirements.

Free - Free economy shipping on all orders over £40 - Carriers as above.  Average delivery 5 days from receipt of order (not including Sundays) 

Special £13.50 -   Any size order tracked and signed for - goods go out next working day if ordered before 2pm.  and then sent on guaranteed next day before 1pm.  Normally received with 3 working days of order being placed.(not including weekends).  Examples - Order Monday by 2pm, shipped Tuesday with delivery before 1pm Wednesday.  Order Fri/sat by 2pm  - ship Monday, arrive Tuesday.  THIS IS ADVISED FOR BUSY TIMES SUCH AS CHRISTMAS ETC.

Local delivery - if you are in a 10 mile radius - we may do a hand delivery in the evening, normally with 3 days of  receiving your order.  We will contact you prior to shipping to discuss options.  Postcodes covered are CV13, CV9, DE11, DE12, LE55, LE6, LE65 & LE67 or please request local deliivery in the notes (shipping fees still apply)

Collection - we do not allow collections.  We do attend various events throughout the year.  Click on the events page link  - Events page.

Please note adverse weather, Covid restrictions, peak times such as Christmas can effect the delivery time and we cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by carriers and some areas of Scotland & British isles times may be extended.

For high value orders we may use signed for, tracked or fast delivery - this will be at our discretion and paid for by ourselves.  If you need something quickly and it high value, please ensure you use a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for it.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK

We are happy to ship worldwide, most of our products are fine to ship internationally, however please before ordering check what is and is not allowed to be shipped to your home country from the UK (this mainly applies to food items and some liquids), if in doubt please contact us, some items will have a note UK shipping only, this is because they are very heavy and would not be economical to ship.  We have a set delivery fee to make life easier, but we will always refund any excess once the goods have been packaged and weighed.  Or please enquire to purchase and we can do you an invoice/payment request outside of the website.

PACKAGING

Where possible we use packaging items that can be recycled, or reuse boxes and packaging we receive our deliveries in. We reuse bubble wrap and any new bubble wrap is bio-degradable and is some places recycled.  Some items such as shipping /label wallets that are are hard to get in a environmental options, so please remove this part of the packing along with any plastic tape before recycling.  If there is any type of packing you wish to avoid please add a note to the order.
